A Place to Rest, Heal, and Feel Cared For

Legacy Postpartum Retreat is a peaceful space surrounded by nature. It was created just for new parents. We offer relaxing one-day retreats to start. Overnight vacation-style stays will be available soon! Our team includes caring professionals like doulas, lactation educators, and perinatal massage therapists who understand what new moms and parents need to feel safe, calm, and supported.

Each retreat includes:

Spa-inspired treatments to support healing
Gentle movement and mindfulness to help you feel grounded
Nourishing meals and snacks
Quiet time to rest and reflect
